Research & Development
Prof. Neuman serves as medical advisor and co-developer in several medical device programs in pelvic floor reconstruction.
Momentis — Robotic Surgery
A multi-jointed miniature surgical robot enabling trans-vaginal access to the abdominal cavity without visible abdominal incisions. Prof. Neuman is senior medical advisor. The system has been used in a growing number of procedures in Europe and Israel, with favorable safety and efficacy data, and is being introduced in the US, Europe, and Israel.
FEMSelect — EnPlace
A minimally invasive, mesh-free sacrospinous ligament fixation system for pelvic organ prolapse, co-developed by Prof. Neuman. The procedure is performed under anesthesia in approximately 20 minutes, with same-day discharge. Experience across hundreds of cases in Israel, the US, and Germany supports a strong safety and efficacy profile. Available to surgeons in the US, Europe, and Israel.
Seratom MN — Lightweight Mesh Implant
A small, high-strength mini-implant designed to reinforce weakened pelvic floor tissue while reducing the recurrence and mesh-related complications associated with large implants. Developed by Prof. Neuman and manufactured by Serag-Wiessner; available in Europe and Israel, with experience across thousands of procedures.
OORO — Ligament Support Device
A start-up founded by Prof. Neuman with a professional team, developing a device that reproduces the supportive effect of a mid-urethral sling for stress urinary incontinence — without deep surgery or a synthetic sling — applying the insights of thousands of sling operations toward a smaller, safer, more effective procedure.
Esteem — Vaginal Bio-Photo-Modulation
A non-invasive, light-based home-care device for Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM), addressing vaginal dryness, urinary discomfort, and dyspareunia. Treatment is personalized and medically supervised, targeting a significant gap in GSM care.
